Booking & Fill Policy
Fill pricing applies to existing clients with lash extensions applied at Empire Beauty Bar. Lash condition, retention, and remaining extensions will be assessed at the time of your appointment. Additional charges or a full set may be required if lash retention does not meet fill criteria.
