Consultation Fee: $120

This consultation is exclusively for evaluation and treatment in the following areas:

What Happens During the Consultation?

During your appointment, the doctor will:

Review your medical history
Discuss your health goals
Evaluate whether you are a candidate for treatment
Answer medical questions related to these therapies
Order laboratory tests if medically necessary

If labs are required, the doctor will provide the appropriate order.
Laboratory testing fees are not included in the consultation cost.
